Last Minute Reservations 	$275 per night ($750 minimum charge)

* Pontoon available for rent at $650 per week (gas not included)
* Rates do not include 6% MI sales tax. and cleaning fee of $75.
* Pets OK with owner's permission ($25.00 nightly/$150 weekly)
* $300 security deposit is required.
* Owner must personally talk with renter prior to accepting
agreement.
* Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without 
notice.
* Deposit of 1/2 of rental fee due to secure reservation. Balance
due 90 days prior to date.
* Refundable security deposit of $300 due 60 days prior to date.
Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of
satisfactory check out.
* CANCELLATIONS - A ninety (90) day notice is required for 
cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90)
days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. 
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that 
are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit 
the full advance payment and damage deposit. Cancellation or 
early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit,
unless cottage can be rented for those dates.
