The Narnia Bungalow offers two-bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, 
and living room, accommodating up to 8 people in a slightly more 
modern-feeling setting with an outdoorsy theme. It also has 
satellite TV/DVD/VCR/CD, a video library, phone and high-speed DSL. 
The deck and propane grill provide what's needed for relaxed outdoor 
barbecuing. We’ve prepared a peaceful refuge in this completely 
furnished, lovingly decorated and fully equipped “home away from 
home” - minus the heat of the "flatlands" and the stresses of city

trips into the Pikes Peak region. Comfortable summers and mild 
winters mean year-round outdoor recreation, including hiking, back-
packing, camping, mountain biking (3 bikes, as available), cycling, 
horse-back riding, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing 
and ice skating. Fishing along the South Platte River, Manitou Lake, 
Rampart Range Reservoir, or Eleven Mile Canyon and Reservoir are all 
within minutes. Also, bring your clubs and play the18-hole

May 25-Sep 30 ... $870/week (1-week minimum)
Nightly........... $135/night (3/night minimum)

$60 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights; tax addtl.
Monthly rates available upon request.
$250 Refundable Reservation/Security Deposit required, refundable if 
cancellations are given 30 days in advance of arrival date.  We make 
every effort to rebook the home and will refund your total security 
deposit if we are able.
