oceanview 1BR 2BA condo with panoramic ocean views in the luxurious,
gated oceanfront Elua Village Resort in sunny Wailea. It's located
on the second floor of a 2 story building, and the ocean views can
be enjoyed from every room in the condo and an extra large, private
lanai. It's the perfect spot for a special vacation with incredible
sunsets and as close to paradise as we've found.
Our recent remodel includes: new carpeting, custom kitchen with
granite countertops, wood cabinets, flooring, stainless appliances,
and 2 bathrooms with marble tile floors/shower/bath and new
vanities/fixtures. With a King bed in the Master Bedroom and
Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room, it comfortably sleeps 4 with
with 2 bathrooms for privacy so it's ideal for couples or a family.
In a few minutes walk, you can be at the beautiful, sandy Ulua
Beach, new oceanfront/pool/pavilion and second swimming pool/jacuzzi,
and private oceanfront sunbathing area with chaise lounges/cabana
covers and direct beach access. There is also a new exercise room
with the latest equipment. Elua Village has 24 acres of lush
tropical gardens with landscaped grounds and plenty of walking
paths. All of these amenities are yours to enjoy during your stay.
You can walk or jog the paved oceanfront 2 mile Wailea Beach Walk and
stroll by many 4-5 star hotels with restaurants and experience the
magic of Wailea from your nearby private condo location.
Enjoy world-class golf with discounts for Elua renters at Wailea's
award-winning Gold, Emerald or Blue golf courses and, within walking
distance, tennis, shopping and restaurants at the "Shops at Wailea"
are nearby. Ulua Beach in front of Elua's property has great
snorkeling with tropical reef fish and rare Hawaiian sea turtles
nearby, and fantastic whale watching from mid December through
April, swimming, sailing, kayaking, or just enjoying the sun, surf
and sand.
Our smoke-free condo has designer furnishings and is well
maintained. After an enjoyable day, you can listen to the soothing
sound of the ocean after viewing another spectacular sunset from
your condo's lanai. The panoramic ocean views from our condo and
