Our second floor Atrium Villa features spectacular panoramic views of
our 3 mile private pristine beach with stunning sunrises, sunsets,
playful dolphins and other wildlife from the large deck, both master
bedrooms, kitchen and living areas. Wake up with the ocean front
sunrise views from your bedroom window! The large deck functions as
an
outdoor living space accessed from all rooms. The villa features
ocean
views from the den/breakfast combination, both bedrooms which
includes
2 queen beds and a cable access TV with free HBO in each bedroom and
den. Patio/deck is furnished. Sorry but this villa does not allow
pets and smoking is prohibited. Local phone service is available at
no
charge. Other features include hi-speed cable internet with wireless
connectivity. Weekly rental is preferred.
BEACHES & POOLS: Take a walk across the street to the Seabrook Island
Beach Club with two pools (one heated), poolside snack bars, and
private beach access. Enjoy walking along miles of pristine private
beach. Watch for dolphins playing in the water along the shore or go
shelling after high tide.
GOLF: Our villa is next door to the Seabrook Island Clubhouse
featuring two championship golf courses and fine dining. Unlike all
other Charleston area golf resorts, Seabrook’s courses are not open
to
the public.
Crooked Oaks Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., is a
6746-yard, par 72 course that winds through marsh, maritime forests
and moss-hung, century old live oaks.
Ocean Winds Golf Course, designed by Willard Byrd, is a 6761- yard,
par 72 course that takes you to the Atlantic Ocean where the swirling
breezes provide a challenging test of ability. Seabrook Island was
recently chosen in "Top 100 Best Golf Communities" by Travel &
Leisure! The island is adjacent to Kiawah Island offering additional
golfing opportunities.
TENNIS: Tennis Resorts Online ranks Seabrook Island’s Racquet Club as
24th in the world for top tennis resorts for 2006. The Racquet Club
facility consists of 15 professionally maintained clay tennis courts
for day play and a full-service Pro Shop.
EQUESTRIAN: Featuring one of the only beach rides on the East Coast;
our full-service Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill
levels with guided trail rides, pony rides and riding lessons.
MARINA & FISHING: Bohicket Marina and Yacht Club, adjacent to
Seabrook
Island, is a full-service facility that can accommodate yachts up to
200 feet.
SIGHTSEEING & SHOPPING: Freshfields Village brings neighborhood
shopping to the crossroads of Kiawah, Seabrook, and Johns Island.
Freshfields features a super market, restaurants, unique shops,
banking, post office, and a medical and urgent care center.
