One bedroom end unit condo on the 33rd floor. Full kitchen, designer
colors and nice wicker furniture for "pulled together" look. Resort
Quest has a front desk in the lobby, so some units inthis building are
rented through the RQ Hotel chain. I do not rent thru the hotel, so my
unit does not have the standard hotel furniture look. King bed with
memory foam for great nights sleep. We limit
the occupancy to 2, maybe a child in a sleeping bag. Fabulous ocean
view, over the Catholic Church, you can watch the surfers surf Waikiki
waters. Also wonderful view of Kapiolani Park from the large lanai
(large for Waikiki standards). Kitchen comes equipped with microwave,
new glass top stove, new refrigerator, blender, toaster, matching
dishes, nice flatware, heavy pots and pans. The condo is very
carefully cleaned between each guest, so that it will be sparkling
clean for your arrival. 

Amenities in the apartment: A/C, flat screen TV with video tape
player and DVD player, radio, CD player, alarm clock, sheets and
towels. The floors are all tile, cool and more sanitary than
carpeting. A/C not needed often because of the nice breeze.

Amenities at the property: Pool, BBQ, tennis court, putting green, 2
hot tubs, 2 saunas, basketball court, beautiful koi pond lobby with
waterfall, 4 elevators, convenience store, business center with
computers that you can rent, or bring your own laptop and use the
wireless internet for free, covered parking at no charge while staying
with us, laundry room on each floor.

Rate: 
Daily (3 night min): $150 - $195, depending on season 
Weekly: $1000 - $1300, depends on season

Cleaning fee: varies between $70 - $100 depending upon the length of stay.

Smoking: no smoking anywhere in the building, including the apartment
(by Hawaii law)

the more desirable east end, of Waikiki Beach. Also close: 
Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Shell (for concerts), Honolulu Zoo, Movies on
the Beach, Ali Wai Public Golf Course and shopping on the “Rodeo
Drive” of Waikiki. A public bus stop is located right on the corner
of the property. Honolulu has the best public bus system of any
large city that I have ever been in, so you can get anywhere easily,
including the famous Ala Moana shopping center, which is about 2 miles
from the condo. However, if you choose to rent a car, we give you
FREE parking ($10 per day savings).

the unit, or lost items.  However, no actual security deposit is
