We believe certain amenities should be expected: beautifully-decorated
rooms, private baths, extremely comfortable beds, a library filled
with books & games, WiFi, digital cable TV in living room, PC
w/internet access & guest phone, complimentary evening cordials and
homemade afternoon snacks.
However, we take pleasure in providing the unexpected: Handmade
organic soaps & body gel, ‘smores-making by the library fire, 2-3
course gourmet fire-side breakfast using local, organic ingredients -
Vermont Liberty Gourmet Teas, Green Mountain Coffee, Cabot Cheese &
Butter, Farm-Fresh Eggs...just to mention a few.
Feel free to use our river tubes & snowshoes. We have direct access to
the Mad River Path & some great swimming holes. Art is just steps away
in our on-site pottery studio (workshops/demos). Ask about our guided
mountain bike tours, and much, much more.
We love to share our local knowledge so don’t hesitate to ask us about
the hiking, biking, scenic drives, dining, shopping, etc. Our goal is
