Walk and Crystal Pier, KONOs for breakfast, JRDN for ocean front 
dining. The Casita features a large tropical yard with a custom deck 
for entertaining, a private jacuzzi and hot water outdoor shower for 
after the beach. This three bedroom home has two queen beds and 
three single beds (one bunk bed) and a sleeper sofa in the living 
room.  There is a two car garage and plenty of additional off street 
parking.and laundry in the garage.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with two TVs with premium cable with 
HBO and Movie Channels, VCR and DVD players, high speed internet 
access (wireless) throughout.  A large custom deck with bar-be-que, 
outdoor conversation area and private jacuzzi is just beyond the 
living room for indoor/outdoor entertaining. The lushly landscaped 
private yard is great for families after a long day at the beach. 
The hot water outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the sand 
before soaking in your private jacuzzi! The kitchen is fully stocked 
with stainless steel appliances including a Starbucks coffee maker. 
Crib, high chair, toys, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs 
also provided.

Stroll to Crystal Pier, Ocean Front Walk and miles of biking and 
walking along the Boardwalk, miles of sandy beaches. Close to 
Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Museums, Balboa
