two single beds, 4 pc. Bathroom on main floor with shower, 3 pc. 
bathroom upstairs with Jacuzzi tub. Kitchen is fully equipped with a 
refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, 
pots, pans and dishes. Living room has TV, DVD/VCR Combo, wood 
burning fireplace and a walkout to patio overlooking the lake with 
gas bbq. 

Guests should bring their own linens (pillows, sheets & blankets), 
towels and toiletries. Dish detergent, tea towels & toilet paper are 
provided. 

This beautiful 5 bedroom chalet has a full bath downstairs and a 3 
pc. bath with a jacuzzi tub upstairs.  The patio which exits from 
the living room overlooks Rainy Lake.  The chalet has a full 
kitchen, laundry room, fireplace and bbq.  

Rainy Lake has excellent fishing, boating, hiking and swimming.  
Paddleboats, canoes, kayaks and windsurfers are available for your 
use at no additional charge.

The weekly summer rental rate is $1,950.00 per week plus taxes.

Terms And Conditions

A $200 deposit is required on all cottage reservations and is due at 
time of booking 
An extra $30 deposit is required for each boat reservation and is 
due at time of booking 
Minimum 2 night stay required 
Minimum 3 night stay required during long weekends 
Boat Rental $100/Day - $270/Week for Motorboat Rental with Gas 
Engine 
Boat Rental $50/Day - $150/Week for Motorboat Rental with Electric 
Engine 
Guests wishing to bring their own boats - $1 per Foot per Day 
(maximum allowed: 14 Feet with 25 HP motor) No Sea-Doos please! 
Long weekend rates apply during regular and off season periods 
Weekly rentals are preferred during the regular summer season and 
run from Saturday to Saturday 
Summer weekend rentals are provided on a last minute availability 
basis only 
Rates are based on recommended cottage capacity, but extra persons 
may stay at a rate of $20 per night or $80 per week; all visitors 
must register at the office immediately upon arrival 
Payment is due in full 15 days prior to arrival date 
Check-in time 3:00 P.M. 
Check-out time 10:00 A.M. 
Quiet time: 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. 
No adjustments for late arrival or early departure 
Methods of payment accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express 
A cleaning fee may apply if the cabin is left in an unsatisfactory 
condition 
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to arrival date 
deposit will be refunded less 20% administration fee on deposit 
amount; 
Cancellations received between 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date - 
50% of deposit will be refunded; 
Cancellations received 30 to 15 days prior to arrival date no refund 
of deposit; 
Payment is due in full 15 days prior to arrival date
