Amenities |
|
The property has over a mile of clear water creek flowing through it
year round, perfect for fly-fishing or seasonal whitewater canoeing,
kayaking, and inner tubing. The feeder creek systems offer some of
the most gorgeous waterfalls you will see in this part of the
country. The ranch also has several camping spots for those who want
to use the ranch house as a base camp and venture out for a night
under the stars or just take a day trip.
Other activities include horseshoes, swings, hiking, swimming,
fishing, card/domino table, site seeing trails, scenic photography,
and both clay pigeon trap shooting and horse back riding can be
arranged. There is a campfire site for relaxing and roasting
marshmallows and hot dogs. There is even a hickory grill for smoking
your favorite meats or barbequing.
The 3,000 sf ranch house features a rock exterior (rock collected
from the ranch) and a knotty pine interior in all living areas.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms (180 sf), a full bathroom, kitchen, and
two very large living areas complete with a rustic wood-burning
stove. There is also a deck and balcony for overlooking miles of
scenery and spectacular sun sets.
The living room has a color TV with DirecTV satellite, a DVD player
and AM/FM Stereo. For those who have to stay in touch with
civilization, there is good cell phone coverage and satellite
internet connection could be made available.
There is also a good selection of family board games and children's
books as well.
