basement suite.  Set in a very quiet area, this suite is 
south facing, overlooking the landscaped garden with lake and

The accommodation is as follows:

- Luxury bathroom with walk-in shower
- Living area with couch, chair, additional couch/queen size pull 
out bed, TV, DVD, Stereo
- Very well equipped kitchenette with breakfast bar, microwave, 
large convection toaster oven, induction hot plate, fridge/freezer 
kettle, coffee maker, toaster, electric steamer, etc. etc. (no stove)
- Laundry area with washer/dryer
- Covered south facing lakeview patio, overlooking garden and pond, 
with seating and electric BBQ

We are located close to the lake and near to downtown Summerland, 
with it's old world charm, restaurants and shops.  Summerland is set 
in in the heart of the beautiful Okanagan valley with it's world 
class wineries, vineyards and orchards.

Just a 5 minute walk to local beaches and close to hiking and biking 
trails, including the Trans Canada and Giants Head mountain.

Close to a selection of excellent 18 and 9 hole golf courses. 

15 minutes drive to the Kettle Valley Railway where you can 
experience The Great Train Robbery with the Garnet Valley Gang, 
special event trains and wine trains.
 
40 minutes drive to Apex winter ski resort and a 90 minute drive to 
Big White.
  
Local airports are Penticton (15 minutes drive) or Kelowna (50 
minutes drive).

The rate during the summer is from $140 per night, or $900 per week 
and is based on up to two people sharing.  Additional persons are 
charged $25 per person per night extra.  

Long term winter rates may be available on request for the period 
1st October to 31st May.

We require a 50% deposit at time of booking.  This deposit is 
refundable, less $100, if the booking is cancelled as long as the 
suite can be relet, otherwise the deposit is forfeited.  The balance 
is due on arrival.
