This ancestral Canadian style house has been built at the end of the 
70's by Albert Alarcon, from Lyon, France. It has always been a 
restaurant and that's why its nickname is "The Resto". Those who 
have been at Mont-Sainte-Anne some years ago will remember its 
name "Chez Albert", a restaurant specialized in wood oven pizzas. It 
is that same restaurant that we have transformed and that we now 
offer for rent as a chalet! 
To the original building, we have added 7 bedrooms which can 
accommodate up to 20 people in beds. The house is also equipped to 
sit and serv up to 40 people for meals.
We took care to save some original parts of the professional 
kitchen. Amateur cooks and gourmets will certainly enjoy it. In this 
house, the 4 bedrooms upstairs are equipped with air-conditioning 
during summertime.
This Chalet-Restaurant formula will allow you to hire a caterer to 
prepare some of your meals or a real chef to take care of your 
needs. The wood-oven pizza is still operational here is the 
instruction manual! And there is also a section of the house with a 
private bar installed. You can make arrangements with a local 
brewery to have your private service. Here is the list of beers.

Because the main floor in this house contains no carpeting, we can 
accept animals (cats or dogs) during your stay, if you let us know 
in advance (small fee).

- 1 full restaurant kitchen  with gas stove, 2 dishwashers, 2 
refrigerators and washer/dryer
- 1 stone wood oven pizza fireplace in the dining room
- 1 bar area, where you can have your own localy made beer service
- 1 Baby Foot table game

All prices are in Canadian dollars. A 25% deposit is required to 
secure your reservation for cottages 5 bedrooms or less. It is a 50% 
deposit for houses 6 bedrooms or more. This amount can be paid  
using Mastercard, Visa, bank transfer, International Money Order or 
by personal check from a Canadian bank. The balance is due 30 days 
prior to arrival with a personal check, bank transfer or money 
order.  Arrivals on Fridays or Sundays are preferred. 
There is a 17% government tax on lodging. 
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation happens prior to arrival, the  amount already paid 
is not reimbursed. You have to understand that from the moment you 
reserve a chalet, we do not offer it to anybody else: we block it 
for you and refuse potential guests.
But, if the cancellation happens for a major reason (death, 
accident, or anything similar) a few days prior to arrival, the 
amount is not reimbursed but can be applied to another reservation 
at a time of your choice (in the next 2 years), depending on 
availability. 
Security Deposit 
A security deposit from $500 to $2000 dollars per chalet (according 
to the length of your stay and to the size of the house) may be 
required and payable on your arrival date in cash money, by VISA or 
MASTERCARD. This amount will be reimbursed by mail, VISA or 
MASTERCARD one week later at the most if no damage occurs. If a 
credit card is used, the owner of the credit card must proceed 
himself for the transaction in our office. 
For a house 5 bedrooms or less, the deposit is $500 for a week-end 
and $1000 for a longer stay. For a house 6 bedrooms or more, the 
amount is $1000 for a week-end and $2000 for a longer stay. For the 
Manor, the deposit is $2000 at all times.
