counters, paint, carpet, drapes and more. Everything you need is here
including beach and snorkel gear, two TVs with Cable and DVD/VCR as
well as FREE DSL high speed Internet access.

There is a Hawaii Room Tax of 11.4% on all stays.
There is a $75 Cleaning Fee on all stays.
 
There is a $200 FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit due when reservation
is confirmed. It will be mailed back to you within 2-3 days after your
stay if the unit is returned as received except for routine cleaning.
 
Payment in Full is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
 
Refunds for cancellations will be made only if the dates can be re-booked.
