Located in Port Orford, Oregon, the property is 60 miles from the 
California border and surrounded by some of the most spectacular 
scenery on the West Coast. 

Lose yourself in the view, enjoy the astonishing home theatre 
system, create a gourmet feast in the well appointed kitchen, 
explore the surrounding coastline, raft or fish in any number of 
rivers, or challenge your game by playing one of the world-renowned 
courses at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, only 30 minutes to the North.

Area Description - Oregon - Port Orford

The beaches along the coast of Oregon are some of the most 
spectacular found on the entire West Coast. The town of Port Orford 
is approximately 60 miles (96 km) north of the California border and 
home to some fantastic scenery, a working fishing port, and world-
class golf just 25 miles (40 km) north at Bandon Dunes.

You will find yourself in the midst of some fantastic natural beauty 
and have many day trips available in the area. Just to give you some 
examples, you can be in the Redwoods of Northern California, on the 
Rogue River for world-class fishing, hiking the Coast Range 
Mountains behind the house, or even in sand dunes that follow the 
coast for nearly 50 miles.

Both Horizon Airlines and United Airlines (starting in July 2008) 
serve the Coos Bay/North Bend area which is an hour to the north. 
Direct flights from Portland, Oregon are available on Horizon and 
direct flights to San Francisco are available on United. United 
Airlines also serves Crescent City, California - an hour and a half 
to the south - and has direct flights to San Francisco.

We do understand our client needs for short rental periods. 
Therefore, we offer a nightly rate based on a minimum stay (2 nights 
minimum). We have also preferred weekly rates. 

Should you be interested in an extended stay (4 weeks or more) 
please contact us for special pricing.


Rental Rates


Daily - Season– from May through October

2 nights minimum
$300* per night


Daily - Season– from November through April

2 nights minimum 
$225* per night


Holidays - New Year, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, 
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

3 nights minimum 
$350* per night


* Note: this rate includes bed linens, towels, Internet and other
utilities. Cleaning fees of $75.00 will have to be paid in
advance. 



Rental Period


Unless otherwise agreed, the rental period starts at 2PM on the day 
of arrival and ends at 11AM on the day of departure. Please ask if 
you require special check-in or check-out times. We will try to 
accommodate you if at all possible.



Payment Terms

• To book the House an initial deposit of 50% of the total rental 
value is due. Upon receipt of the down payment the House is 
considered "booked". 

• The balance (50%) is payable 4 weeks prior to check-in. 



Security Deposit

For the rental period, an $800 security deposit will be required. 
This deposit is due 4 weeks prior to check-in and should be sent at 
the time of the second rental payment. Alternatively, the security 
deposit can be made in cash on the date of arrival. The client must 
inform us at the time of booking to exercise this option. 

• The security deposit will be returned once the house has been 
vacated and been checked by our property manager. In general, the 
security deposit is returned within several days of your 
departure. 

• We will also send you when your booking is confirmed a list of all
the pieces of art which are displayed at the House as well as the
electronic equipment, including the costs incurred for any damage.
This list will be reviewed in detail together with our property
manager.



Cancellations


Cancellation with a 50% refund of the booking deposit is possible up 
to 30 days prior to arrival, after which time deposits are forfeit. 
There are no exceptions that can be made.



Payment Options

We require all payments to be made in United States Dollars. 
Accepted methods of payment follow with an explanation of additional 
fees/charges. Please review this information carefully. 


PayPal

PayPal is our preferred form of payment. Conversion rates are 
competitive and fees are lower than most banks. To be able to use
PayPal you must have an account. For large payments PayPal 
requires users to set up a verified account. Please review
PayPal's terms and conditions for more information. 


Credit Cards

You can also use the PayPal buttons above to pay by credit card
even if you do not have to have a PayPal account. 

Note: For large payments, PayPal may require users to set up a
verified account (which can be easily done in a few minutes).


Bank Wire Transfer


Request a bank to bank wire transfer in U.S. Dollars. This
generally takes approximately 5-7 business days to complete.
Instructions will be provided to you by email for sending this
type of payment. All banks charge fees for wire transfers and the
conversion of currency.
