within the Waikoloa Colony Villas, a luxurious, private gated

conditioned 3 BR/2.5BA townhouse at the Waikoloa Colony Villas
overlooks the 15th Fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Course, designed by
Robert Trent Jones Jr.
Just 18 miles north of the Kona airport, Waikoloa is a resort
community of about 5,000 people. Waikoloa offers 340 sunshine-filled
days each year. Your best bet for uninterrupted sunshine is the
Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. We are only a 5 to 10
minute drive from the famed Hapuna Beach, which has frequently been
voted the best beach in the United States.
Nearby you'll find shopping at such specialty vendors as Louis
Vuitton, Tiffany’s, Coach, and Burberry, as well as quality stores
with local Hawaiian flavor. Waikoloa Beach Resort has a small town
relaxing feel, but without sacrificing luxurious comforts, shopping,
and fine dining.

To make a reservation, we need a 50% non-refundable deposit. The
remainder of the payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Once you
make your final payment, we will email with the security gate code
and entry code to the townhome. You can pay by check, money order,
PayPal, VISA, or Master Card.
