Condo Available for Rent at Paradise Valley Resort

Paradise Valley Resort is located on a picturesque 106 acre property
in the rolling hills of northern Georgia, about 45 minutes north of
Atlanta. Hidden away behind a line of swaying pine and oak trees in a
beautiful mountain valley, the resort welcomes travelers for overnight
visits, weekend vacations and extended stays.

When we are not able to get away and enjoy the resort for ourselves,
we like to offer our condo for rent.  It is a very special place for
us.  Our charming, non-smoking, extremely clean and well-maintained
condo is fondly referred to by some as the "Tropical Suite" (see
photos), with one or two bedrooms available depending whether or not
you also want to rent the connecting Studio unit (sorry, no pets
allowed).  Also, the Studio unit is available to rent by itself.
Decorated with a theme of casual elegance inspired by the tropical
lifestyle of the Caribbean, our vacation condo features rich rattan,
carved wood accents, and warm tropical fabrics throughout.  Two life
size parrots greet you in the living room as you enter.  You will
simply not want to leave!

2 Bedroom Condo: #17-220 Suite & Studio
(1 BR Suite above with connecting Studio Condo unit with king-size bed
and second private balcony)
Weekdays $165/night; Weekends $199/night

Studio Condo Only: #17-220 Studio Unit
(King-size bed including an efficiency kitchen with bistro table and
private balcony)
Weekdays $89/night; Weekends $99/night

toll-free at the number listed above and ask for the Tropical Condo
#17-220. Specify whether you are interested in renting the Condo
Suite, Studio unit, or both.  If our condo is not available on your
travel dates, there are many other units available at the resort, each
uniquely decorated by their owner. During the summer season, May
through September, a 2 night minimum is required on weekends (3 night
minimum on holiday weekends).  

Although resort grounds fees are not included in the above lodging
rates, a complimentary one day pass may be printed out for first time
visitors at the Paradise Valley Resort website.
