Description
|
|
Enjoy a relaxing vacation at our 3 bedroom cottage, where you can
truly "get away from it all" but still be close to Tobermory's
beautiful beaches, glass bottom boat tours, restaurants, shopping,
etc. The eat-in kitchen has been recently renovated with new
kitchen cupboards, counter top, backsplash, flooring and appliances,
including a built-in dishwasher. In the living room, cozy up to a
crackling fire in our new Napoleon woodstove and listen to music or
watch the 32" TV with satellite service. The living room floors are
wood laminate with recently re-upholstered couch and loveseat. Two
bedrooms have laminate wood flooring with queen beds. The third
bedroom has a double/single bunk bed. The bathroom has a tub,
shower, sink and toilet. The sliding patio door from the kitchen
leads to the huge deck with a soothing hot tub and a lovely view of
Lake Huron. Enjoy morning coffee surrounded by beautiful pink roses!

Amenities |
|
At the end of your stay, our housekeeper arrives to clean the
cottage and test/shock the hot tub water. Other than wiping out the
fridge and any mess you may leave in the oven, you just "pack and
go"! If you have brought your dog along, please be sure to clean up
after them in the yard.
Our cottage comes equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, water
cooler, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, plastic bowls, etc.
We start the season off with a bottle of water, dishwasher soap,
liquid/bar soap for the bathroom, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
We expect people to replace what they use so the next family does
not get "left in the lurch".
The large deck has patio furniture, a BBQ and a hot tub. The large
lawn has a good area to run around and play with a swing set/slide
for the kids, a firepit for toasting marshmallows/hotdogs, lawn
swing to curl up with a good book or to enjoy the view of Lake
Huron. The property is very peaceful and private as we own the
wooded lot next door, so there is only one other neighbouring
cottage more than 70' away.
The cottage has satellite TV, DVD player, movies, stereo, a second
TV in the "kids' room" with a PS1.
