Modern contemporary home in the private development of Meadow View 
Farms in Oak Bluffs. Landscaping and bike paths are a short distance 
away.Tennis courts are available in the development for guest

House features a top floor with cathedral ceiling, with three 
skylights and three sliding glass doors leading out to the top deck. 
This level has an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen 
areas. The kitchen is fully furnished. with a stove, refrigerator, 
microwave, toaster oven and dishwasher. A powder room is also on 
this level.  A TV and DVD are provided and high-speed internet and 
cable TV are included. One floor down from the top, are three 
bedrooms and two full baths.  One bath is in the master bedroom, 
which has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. The other bathroom 
has a washer and a dryer; an ample supply of towels, linens and 
beach towels are available. Two of the three bedrooms on this level 
have sliding glass doors leading to the main deck. The lower level 
features an additional bedroom, a family room and a half-bath. Beds 
in three of the bedrooms can be used as two twins in each or as a 
king size bed. Two sleep sofas are also available. Rental is for no 
more than eight adults or a total of ten people. Outside shower, two 
decks;beach furniture including umbrella is provided and an outside 
grill is available.

Tennis courts, available in the development for guest use, are a 
short walk from the house.  

The house is located in a private development away from main roads 
and traffic. It is a short drive from both Oak Bluffs and Vineyard 
Haven where the ferries come in. It is also near Edgartown. All 
three towns have a wide range of shops, restaurants and other 
amenities including movies, theater and concerts. 

Rental is $2000 per week in June and September and $2500 per week in 
July and August.

Non-refundable full payment is due within one week of agreement to 
rent.

Refundable security deposit: $1000.00.
