This cottage is located at the preferred section of the beach at Coburn Street. A large family room with dining area opens into the well appointed kitchen. French doors onto the spacious deck lead to the yard with grill and picnic table. Backyard is large. Outdoor shower for washing off after the beach. There are two bedrooms with full sized beds and two queen sleeper sofas. . . one in the family room and another in the living room.

Attractions

Shopping is a five minute walk for groceries, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and services. Kayaks are available for rent to see the Weir River estuary a mile away. Charming seaside towns neighbor Hull. There are boats to Boston or Harbor Islands and a railroad five minutes away that takes you into Boston's historic areas. Nantasket Beach is excellent for walking the miles of coastline. It's perfect for children with soft sand to play in.

July 6 to 12 is $1100. August 2 to 30 rate is $1200 p/week. Half is needed to secure the week/s by check or money order. There will be a $300 security deposit required at sign in. Check-in is 3 pm -- check out is 11 am.
