quickly becoming the desired vacation destination for more and more 
people everyday. Located a short distance from Houston and East Texas 
and only ten miles from the historic city of Galveston, this resort 
town comes complete with all the necessities that make a vacation 
full of fun and relaxation. There are No high-rise condos or hotels. 

This beautiful Front Row Beach House is like new. It offers 
Spectacular Gulf views from every room, the deck and the slab below 
the house. With waves breaking just over the sand dunes this house 
will prove to be a vacation spot you will come back to again and 
again.

Two bedrooms plus loft and three bathrooms, two upstairs and one 
down, sleeps up to 10.  All bedrooms have a view of the beautiful 
Gulf of Mexico. The Master bedroom has king bed and a futon sleeping 
four and the second bedroom has a king bed. The loft has futons and 
the family room has 2 queen size futons with spring mattresses. The 
dining room table has 7 chairs and the breakfast bar has 4 stools. 
The kitchen is open to the living area and also has a window with 
that same awesome view of the gulf. The entertainment center in the 
living area houses a TV, DVD player and VCR, each bedroom and loft 
have TV’s.  

There is a private walkover in the dunes directly in front of the 
house to the beach, there are two large decks, one large deck the 
length of the house on the back and one next to the walk over to the 
beach. Washer and Dryer downstairs and an outside shower allows for 
easy cleaning up and cool down after a great day in the sun and 
sand.  

The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cookware, electric can 
opener, microwave, coffee maker, and a full size refrigerator.

House has AC, Carpet, Barbecue, Ceiling fans, Cable TV with VCR/DVD, 

Nice Yard and Family Beach Area!

Beautiful beaches, drive on beach, white sand, numerous shells and 
great fishing as well as an excellent bird watchers paradise, duck 
hunting, water slides, go-carts,golf cart rentals, Horseback riding 
available on beach and fireworks.  
(Note:fireworks only to be used on the beach)


Galveston Island is only a 15 minute ferry ride away, often escorted 
by Dolphins. Shopping, deep sea fishing, Schlitterbahn Water Park, 
Moody Gardens, "Dickens on the Strand" in December, Mardi Gras in 
February, cinemas, theatre and many fine restaurants. Louisiana 
Casinos are just 1 hour northeast.

Summer .. $550/weekend .. $1050/week.
Winter .. $375/weekend .. $600/week.

$300 Security Deposit is required with rental fee.
Taylor’s Treasure Only Rents Weekly (Monday to Sunday or Friday to 
Thursday) During June, July and August, unless there is an opening 
between weekly rentals.

September to May rentals are open to weekends, weekdays or any 
combination with at least two night rental.
