This 3 bedroom cottage is situated in a resort setting on Rice Lake, 
which is famous for excellent fishing -large and small mouth 
bass,walleye/pickerel,muskie,and sunfish for the kids! Rice Lake is 
23 miles long,has 21 islands, and is also excellent for 
canoeing,boating, jet-skis, tubing, swimming, and it is  actually 
part of the Trent-Severn Waterway, for exploring. There is a great 
boat launch,docks,and fish cleaning house. Bait & tackle shops are 
closeby, as well as fish licensing.  There is a corner-store within 
walking distance. There is a nice sandy, shallow beach and a 
playground for kids, as well as an in-ground pool. The cottage is 
equipped with colour tv, dvd player, fridge, stove, coffee maker, 
dishes, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, bbq, fire pit, front deck.
Bathroom with shower. Two  bedrooms are arranged with double beds, 
the third bedroom has 2 singles. Please bring your own sheets and 
pillowcases. Parking right beside cottage.

Short drive to Cobourg, near to golf courses, antique shops,

twice weekly 

$750 per week, maximum 6 people, $250 deposit required.
Weekly Rental starts Saturday 2 pm, to following Saturday 11 am.
