I HAVE WEEKS AND WEEKENDS AVAILABLE AT BOTH INN ON LONGWHARF AND
LONGWHARF RESORT. ALSO HAVE TWO WEEKS RESERVED AT WYNDHAM ONSHORE.

TWO BEDROOM UNIT AT LONGWHARF RESORT SLEEPS 6, HAS FULL KITCHEN AND
LAUNDRY FACILITIES ONSITE. TWO BATHS..WONDERFUL POOL AND BBQ AREA.
INN AT LONGWARF WEEKS ARE 1100 AND THE UNITS ARE ONE BEDROOMS WITH
MINI KITCHENS. AMENITIES ARE SHARED BETWEEN THE TWO RESORTS.

If you wanted to rent any of those times...I would need to know the
name and address that you would like to make the reservation under.
I would notify Wyndham of the guest occupancy and they will reissue
the confirmation with you listed as the guest authorized to check in
and occupy the unit. I will then forward a copy of this to you. You
will be asked to bring this paper with you for check in as well as
your ID and a credit card for a security deposit for the room. I
will also draw up a rental agreement to send to you with the details
and description of the unit and the rental. All of my information as
well as the resorts...will be listed on that. After you have the
agreement to rent..and the papers needed to check in then I would ask
for full payment within the next week. If you had to cancel I would
ask for notice within 21 days for any kind of refund. Wyndham does
have a new cancellation policy and in order for me to recoup any of
the points used to make this reservation I would have to give them
enough notice.
