tastefully decorated in blues and lace with the lofty flair of vaulted
ceilings. Enjoy the quaint little turret room located just off the
main bedroom, ideal for reading the morning paper or your favourite
book or play table games even do a puzzle. The main bedroom provides
you with an elegant king size bed and additional lounging area with a
TV/DVD. The second bedroom offers you a 4 poster double bed and small
sitting area and TV/DVD. Wireless internet is also available. Relax
after your days adventures in the vintage claw foot tub. Dine in the
full size eat in kitchen and prepare your own favourite dishes.
Victoria's Turret is ideal for honeymooners, traveling couples, ladies
getaways, and families.

Victoria's Turret is located just a 10 minute walk to the popular
Clifton Hill and another 5 minutes to the Falls. The bus stop is right
at corner. You can leave your car parked here and walk to most all the
attractions or catch tour buses from walking distance. Taxi and rent a
car are within a blocks walk. A donut shop and convenience store is
located directly across the street. Fresh fruit and vegetables are
within a two minute drive and other grocery needs are within a two
minute walk. As well don't forget the wonderful Niagara fresh fruit
and vegetables available at various road side stands and markets.

Niagara Falls and the Niagara region has much to offer to fill a few
days of site seeing and entertainment. Enjoy the great outdoors in
Niagara by hiking, biking, boating, fishing, walking the gardens, and
golfing. Or take an exciting ride on the "Maid of the Mist" boat or
jet boat or even a helicopter ride. Don't miss the bird sanctuary, the
butterfly conservatory or Marineland. Niagara Falls is full of
wonderful art galleries, museums, antique shops and historical sites
for the art/history enthusiest. Tour the countryside of Niagara for
it's well known fruit markets and wineries. "Clifton Hill" is great to
see at night all lite up, offering the great entertainment, shops and
the casino's.

Yes we will consider selling our home. It is a large Victorian home in
Niagara Falls with beautiful Victorian character inside and out. The
first two levels have all the unpainted original hardwood throughout
the floors base boards door and window trim. The dining room has an
incredible wood carved, floor to ceiling fireplace and a double
sliding pocket hardwood door and beautiful Victorian arched pillars to
living room. There is another matching arch from living room to front
hall. The main dwelling consists of the kitchen, dining room, living
room, 5 bedrooms and 3 baths(2 ensuites) and 2 antique claw foot tubs.
The back porch is presently being renovated to extend the mainfloor
kitchen. The 3rd floor is a separate apartment. It is presently used
for our vacation rental. It consists of 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, and
bath also with an antique claw foot tub. There is an outdoor and
indoor back stair well with a large second floor deck. An addition
main floor deck will be built during the back porch renovations. there
is parking for 6 cars and a quaint garden area with a shed. The front
of the home has a closed in front porch and office. This is presently
used as artist studio and show room. This home is zoned for bed and
breakfast, tea room or such. It is 25% commercially zoned which give
lots of possible potentials. We will be asking 389,000.00 when we put
it on the market. We will consider a private sale before then.
