Island Ferry or an afternoon cruise on a large comfortable sailboat.

Reservation Policy

A credit card will be required to secure reservation. We accept 
Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. 
During summer season, holidays, and special events, first night 
payment including tax is due in advance. 
Confirmed reservations that are cancelled up to 15 days prior to 
arrival will receive a full refund less a $25 booking fee. 
Reservations cancelled with less than 15 days notice will not 
receive a refund. 
All room rates are subject to state and local taxes. 
Designated smoking and pet friendly rooms available upon request.

Each interval ownership consists of 12 weeks per year which owners 
may use or rent out. In the summer each owner has two consecutive 
weeks to enjoy.
