Come enjoy our "Bit of Treasure" in the beautiful community of 
Treasure Lake. Our home is on a large wooded lot on a quiet street 
very close to the main beach and large playground.  The house is 
fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a great room 
perfect for socializing with a free standing fireplace,and a wrap 
around deck.  House has central A/C

Relax in the screened in Gazebo and watch the deer wander through 
the property. 

Main Floor

Bedroom #1 - Queen log bed with Ceiling fan
Bedroom #2 - Bunkbed - Top is a twin and bottom is double futon with 
ceiling fan.
Bathroom - Shower, but no tub
Great Room  - Living room, eating area (seats 6), galley kitchen 
with counter with 3 bar stool type seats

There is a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the great room.

There are sliding glass doors off the great room to the front deck 
which has a large picnic table along with rockers and other chairs.

Downstairs:

Bedroom #3 - 2 Twin beds 

Family Room - Futon sofa, rocking chair and TV/DVD.  There is also a 
game area with ping pong table and dart board.

Bathroom #2- Shower with no tub
Laundry room

Treasure Lake is a resort community. There are 2 lakes with beaches, 
along with a "fishing pond" for kids and seniors.  There are 2 
amazing golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools (including one 
indoor), basketball courts, nature paths.  There is a marina where 
you can rent boats. (You cannot bring your own).  There are 2 nice 
restaurants in the community (Ski Lodge and Lakeview Lodge) as well 
as "Duffer's Tavern" at the golf course.  

DuBois has many stores, mall, movies, restaurants, all within a 10 
minute drive.  You have the benefit of feeling like you are "away 
from it all" but actually are close to most everything you will need.

Cook Forest as well as Elk Watching are within 45 minutes.

Weekly Rate (7 nights - Saturday to Saturday) is $800. - Linens not 
included

Fall Rate - After Labor Day - $600/wk.

$200 security deposit (returned within 30 days if no damage)
No smoking inside the house
No Pets (sorry)

Will consider renting weekends or nightly by special request.
