Ski lodge nearby with restaurants and convention center. Good 
restaurants nearby. Childrens' theme park within easy driving 
distance.

Golf course within walking distance. Bike path throughout area. Use 
of 3 pools included. Tennis courts in several areas of resort. Summer 
weather is beautiful. Unit usually rents for entire summer, but if 
not is available by the month, week or day. 

In addition  to skiing in the winter and golf, tennis, biking and 
swimming in the summer, the area has great sightseeing opportunities. 
Nearby towns include Ligonier and Somerset with charming shops and 
restaurants. 

Hidden Valley is only a few miles from Seven Springs Ski Resort and 
features a more family friendly atmosphere.A childrens' theme park is 
also within easy driving distance.

Rates vary by season. Contact owner for possible rate reductions, 
especially at last minute. Deposits are negotiable and refundable up 
to 1 week prior to reservation date except in winter.
