perfect for your honeymoon or romantic getaway. 2BR (both with king 
beds), 2 full BA, jacuzzi, private hot tub, full kitchen. Located 8 
miles south of Newport, on Oregon's beautiful Central 
Coast. 

A note about children: While we enjoy a fabulous in-your-face ocean 
view, and the house is visually protected by a small bluff and 
vegetation, a two-lane highway must be crossed in order to reach the 
beach. For their safety children should be accompanied. We love 
children and welcome yours in our home. There are a number of beach 
access areas close-by that will accommodate your family vehicle.

You won't want to have dinner out when your best dining view is 
right from your own table!  Deck, patio w/hot tub, full kitchen, 
amazing views, 2 bedrooms (both with king beds) sleeper sofa, gas 
bbq.  
Everything you could want!  Most condiments, large selection of 
spices even bathrobes for your convenience.  All paper goods, linens 
and many of the comforts of home supplied.  TV, DVD/VCR (no 
reception but large collection of movies) CD/Tuner w/ipod docking 
station.  WiFi available with your own laptop; telephone, some cell 
reception.

Same year/round price of $150/night.  5 night minimum July and 
August. 2 night minimum rest of year.  $60 Cleaning Fee.  1% 
occupancy tax.  $200 Refundable security deposit.  Minimum age 25, 
maximum 6 persons.  Parking for 3 vehicles, no RVs or boats.
