The Kona Coast Resort is the premier resort in the

Two swimming pools, The upper "adult" pool and hot tub are steps 
away.  We also have an exercise/work out room, poolside restaurant 
and bar, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, BBQ's and picnic tables.  

This unit has its own garage, washer & drier, large furnished lanai 
and direct entry into the front door (no elevators or flights of 
steps to climb). 

All of the usual kitchen appliances as well as television, VCR and 
DVD player are present.  

Shopping is one block away which offers virtually 
everything you will desire including grocery store, drug store, gift 
shopping, donut and ice cream shop, movie theatre and many of the 
area's best restaurants (Thai, Mexican, Italian, Drysdale's sports 
bar [as in "Don"...actually his ex-wife and daughters we 
understand], Japanese/Asian fusion, crepes, and sub-shop, health 
food deli and store).

Blue-green warm water, 80+ degrees, dependably sunny. A great place 
to stay on the big island...you will love the big island because it 
is "BIG" and there is a lot to do...scuba, sailing, biking, 
sorkeling, fishing, golf, tennis, sightseeing, Hawaii's only 
chocolate plantation/factory 10 min., Hawaii's only vanilla 
plantation 45 min., coffee farms everywhere, many farmer's markets 
OR...nothing at all.  Just sit on the lanai, at the pool or on 
the beach and enjoy being in Hawaii!

$145 per night / one week minimum. 1 Month or more / $125 per 
night.$500 rental/security/cleaning deposit required. Balance of 
rental due 60 days prior to reserved time. Cleaning fee of $100 per
