the first floor just steps from the beach. Features 3 bedrooms (2 
Queen/2 Twin beds), 2-1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen,washer/dryer, 
cable TV, pool. CLEAN.

Bed linens are furnished.  In order to keep costs reasonable, we ask 
that each renter clean the unit at the end of your stay and strip the 
linens leaving them by the washer.

1.The rental week is from Saturday to Saturday, with arrival after
  3:30 p.m. and departure by 10:00 a.m.

2.A key / security deposit of $100.00 is required this amount will be
  returned in 60 days after receipt of the keys by the owner and 
  assuming there has been no damage or phone charges to the condo. 
  The renter is required to maintain the condo and is responsible for 
  leaving the condo clean (maid service is available if requested two 
  weeks in advance at a cost of $150.00)

2.Occupancy must not exceed six people.	

3.PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED under any circumstance.

4.SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THIS CONDO AS A COURTESY TO ALL OF OUR
  GUESTS. SMOKING IS PERMITTED ON THE BALCONY ONLY!!
