Welcome to one of the most beautiful scenic drives in the world. 
Named for famous explorer John Cabot, 
the Cabot Trail winds around the rocky splendour of Cape Breton's 
northern shore, ascending to the incredible 
plateaus of Cape Breton Highlands National Park. This magnificent 
highway is carved into the sides of mountains 
that rise high above the shimmering waters of the Gulf of St. 
Lawrence. Lookoffs offer unforgettable vistas of 
Cape Breton's rugged coastline, where pods of whales can often be 
seen just offshore and bald eagles soar aloft 
on the ocean breezes. 

The goodwill House B&B and Cottages has 4 cottages and 4 rooms in 
the B&B (for more info about the rooms please take a look at our 
other web page on this site!)

Our "one room" household cottages have a small but complete 
kitchenette with regfrigarator, stove (two burners) and a toaster 
oven they have a 3-pc bath (S). 
A porche with a beautiful view on the mountains and the ocean is 
just a small walk about 300 meters.

We have two cottages with a queen bed (sleeps 2)
One cottage with two single beds and a "pull out couch" (sleeps 4)
One cottage with a queen bed and a single bed (sleeps 3)

The cottages are $95.00 before tax and do not include breakfast.
We can provide breakfast, a good and complete continental breakfast 
for $7.50 pp pd. 
The breakfast wil be delivered at the cottage.

For a stay in the cottages longer then two nights the package deal :
$95.00 becomes $87.00 per night.                       

We are open year round and have of season rates, Call or take a look 
at our web site.
                   
Rates are for 2008 and based on double occupation, extra person(s) 
in Cottage 2 and 4 is $12.50 per night

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations result in a $15 administration charge 
Two booking nights or less requires a 48 hour notice or there will 
be a 25% charge or one night, the greater of the two 
Three booking nights or more requires seven days notice or there 
will be a charge of 25% of booking. 
Certain bookings may require a 25% nonrefundable deposit 
No show results in 100% charge. 

As with air travel bookings and other typers of reservation it 
is best to insuretravel reservations for cancellation coverage.
It is not in our interest to impose these policies but a 
necessity for business

We are located at Wreck Cove right on the Cabot Trail in 
Victoria County on Cape Breton Island. 
From our Cottages and B&B you can visit any part of Cape Breton 
Island within a 2 hour drive. 
We are well located for most of the activities that people come to 
on the Island. All outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, 
touring, kayaking, whale watches, beach combing, skiing, 
snowshoeing, snowmobiling, etc. etc. are available right here in our 
area.
If you like "peace and quiet" and security in a beautiful setting, 
and all this within reach of all of the Cape Bretons attractions the 
Goodwill House B&B and Cottages is the right place.
