An Unforgettable Hawaiian designed tropical luxury vacation Home
designed after award winning Hawaii energy efficient Home. Vaulted
ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors, huge tiled lanai, tiled
bathrooms and kitchen, romantic lighting on dimmers throughout,
Louvered windows all along the eastern side to allow the tropical
breeze to drift through.  All contemporary kitchen amenities TV, CD,
DVD, stemmed glass ware, heated towel racks in bathrooms, comfortable

tub, out door shower, BBQ stove, Washer and Dryer, fenced in large
front yard to play in and walk around. Tropical fruit trees and
plants, private and secure environment, spectacular ocean and mountain
views. Covered parking, authentic Hawaiian Hale for private or group
functions available.

	Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.  The master bedroom has a
bath for two people and a separate shower stall.  The second bedroom
has a bath/shower stall.  There is also an outside shower.
All the bathrooms are beautifully arranged with quality fixtures. 
Including heated towel racks, rheostat lighting, tiled floors and
custom paints.  Pictures of the bathrooms are not shown on the
website.  The home is 3 miles from Hana town but situated in the best
location for visitor activities and points of interest, such as Hamoa
Beach, Koki Beach and Venus Pools.Because I am a builder, I designed
the Home after the Hawaii Energy Efficient Home using vaulted
ceilings, ski lights and controlled air flows.  Fans and
air-conditioning are not needed, as the temperature seems to be
consistent because of the passive cooling design technique utilized in
the planning.
 

An Unforgettable Hawaiian designed tropical luxury vacation Home set
in the middle of the most desirable location in MAUI if not all of
Hawaii National State Park, Seven Sacred Pools.  It lays facing due
east of Maui with a clear view of the Pacific Ocean in the direction
of Maka'alae Point.  Maka'alae Point which means (The beginning of the
path to the eye) was known to be the playgrounds of the Alii's
(Chiefs) because it is known for its pleasant fair weather conditions.
You can see the sunrise out of the Pacific Ocean (and the sometimes
the Moon) creeping along the horizon of the water.  It is conveniently
located in the best spot in Hana making it accessible to all the
tourist activities and services. 
Walking distance to Venus Pools, Hana's beautiful coastline and Hamoa
beach.  Accessible to public and private conveniences.

$215/ night double occupancy/ Add $45 for each additional person. Plus
Hawaii accommodation Tax of 11.42% of total.  Non-Refundable Deposit
A reservation deposit of 25% of the total rent is required and due
upon reservation confirmation.  Balance is due one week before arrival
or on arrival if notified in advance.  If cancellation is made 45 days
in advance the 25% deposit will be refunded. Deposit refunds are
subject to a 10% bank cancellation fee.  For reservations occurring
within 30 days from the time the reservation is made, if reservation
is cancelled the deposit is non-refundable unless accommodation is
re-booked.  If guest fails to arrive during the reserved dates, the
25% deposit is forfeited.  If you check out prior to your registered
check out date, refunds are not available unless the accommodations
can be re -booked.  Check in time is at or after 3:30 p.m. on the day
of arrival and check out is at or before 11:00 noon on the day of
departure.
