Island is a sunny, laid-back little island twenty minutes east of
beautiful Savannah, GA. Here you will find fun, family-oriented
activities such as the annual beach bum parade (bring your squirt
guns!), pirate festival, awesome fourth-of-July fireworks, and just
every day beach-town fun. Amazing sunrises and sunsets are the setting
to most locally-owned business...the many restaurants, gift shops, art
galleries, and museums. Visit Georgia's oldest lighthouse, which is a
grand site close-up or from a distance, and explore history through
it's restored outbuildings or bring a blanket and catch one of their
outdoor movies on a summer night! Or just spend your days on the
gorgeous sandy beaches.

Rate Range:
$100-$140 per night
$650-$800 per week
$65 Departure Cleaning fee required.

Please email me for current rates or availability for the time that
you wantfor your next beach vacation. Just $200.00, which is required
to be mailed to the owner within 7 days of booking, confirms your
reservation. Because you rent directly from the owner, rates include
all applicable taxes and lodging fees. There is a one-time cleaning
charge of $65.00. All receipts of monies are confirmed by email and
balance is due approximately 14-21 days prior to your arrival. Other
