Accommodation is situated in the city of Ivins which is located at 
the base of the majestic cliffs of Vermillion sandstone in 
Southwestern Utah. Ivins is very close to Snow Canyon State Park and 
has biking and hiking trails together with many golf courses in 
Washington County. You have a short drive to Gunlock Reservoir, Zion 
National Park and Pine Valley. A little further away is Bryce 
Canyon, Brian Head and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Downtown 
St George is just 5 miles away and if you feel the need for the 
bright lights of Las Vegas that is a little under 2 hours away. If 
you want peace and quiet together with breathtaking views then Ivins 
is for you.

The casita is tastefully decorated sleeps two (queen bed) and is 
completely self contained. It is adjoining the owner’s home but has 
it own entrance and is completely secure.

The accommodation is a studio suite and consists of: living / 
bedroom, full bath with tub and shower, kitchen area with sink, 
toaster oven, coffee maker fridge, microwave and plenty of storage. 
There is a full size TV with cable and a hairdryer. Off road parking 
for one vehicle is available and use of the front courtyard with 
patio furniture. Continental breakfast is included in the price.
