Conditions: Short term rates shown include utilities, phone,
internet, cable and housekeeping every 2 weeks. Long Term rental
does not include utilities. Up to 2 pets of appropriate size and
disposition are acceptable, however all animals must be on a leash
and in the company of the resident at all times when outside.
Security amount will be determined by the credit of the tenant, the
duration of lease and the number of occupants in the home. No dates
will be held until the signed rental reservation, credit application
and deposits have been received by the landlord. All parties are
hereby informed that the landlord is a licensed Nevada Real Estate
Broker.
