Sooke Ocean Resort is a new vacation rental facilitly built in 2007 
on two acres of ocean front property.  Tourism BC Approved 
Accommodation and Canada Select four star rated.  
Sooke Ocean Resort sleeps up to 14 guests for over night stays and 
up to 50 guests for events such as weddings, reunions and corporate 
meetings.
Private wharf for boat moorage.
Fishing Charter packages available.  

Sooke Ocean Resort has some of the best amenities around.  Three 
bedrooms on the main floor, 2 with ensuite bathrooms featuring rain 
head shower and jacuzzi bathtub.  Large open floor plan, spacious 
commercial style kitchen with 6 burner cook top gas range.  Massage 
chair, leather furniture, gas fire place, fantastic views of the 
Olympic Mountains and Juan de Fuca Strait.  
Large deck with BBQ, outside patio furniture and hill side hottub. 
Bar fridge, freezer, ice machine, large HD TV, DVD player and 
selection of DVD's, fantastic music system, alarm system, queen size 
beds, quality linens, towels and laundry facilities.
Lower level features second kitchen and bathroom (4 piece) rec room, 
conputer with internet, 2 freezers (up right and chest), lower deck 
chairs, two tripple bunk beds and pull out leather sofa.
Dining service for 20.

Sooke Ocean Resort is located in Sooke BC, less than an hour from 
BC's capital city ~ Victoria.
Enjoy the many outdoor activities Sooke has to offer such as fishing 
charters (on site) whale watching, hiking, swimming, golf, biking, 
kayaking, horseback riding and so much more.
Provincial parks provide great opportunity for a day out.
Our museum offers a chance to see Sooke in the past.  Check out some 
of Sooke's amazing eateries such as Sushi On the Sea and the Sooke 
Harbour House, Marcus' wharfside and Point No Point.

Peak Season ~ June 1 to September 15 (four night minimum stay)

Mid Season ~ March 1 to June 1, September 16 to October 31, plus 
Christmas and New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter Weekend (three night 
minimum stay in mid season and long weekends).

Low Season ~ November 1 to December 21, January 5 to February 28 
(two night minimum stay)

Guest House rental rates are based on four guests, there is an 
additional $25 per person/night for additional guest.

No smoking indoors; smoking is permitted on decks, gardens and 
beaches.

A $500.00 Canadian security deposit is required.

A $150.00 Canadian cleaning fee is due at the end of your stay.  For 
stays longer than one week, an additional cleaning fee may be 
required.

All rates are quoted in Canadian currency, and are subject to 
applicable taxes (5% GST), which is refundable to non - Canadian 
residents upon application by mail.

CANCELLATION and DEPOSITS

50% of your total fees are due at reservation.

Your balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

If you cancel 45 days prior to your reservation, full refund will be 
issued, less a $100 administration fee.

If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your reservation, you will 
loose your deposit and balance.

No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.
