vacation rental.  Living in the area for over 15 years, I never have 
felt unsafe while in my home.  Enjoy the three bedroom, 2 bath, with 
living room with French doors for privacy where there is a high speed 
internet connection available, formal dining room, eat in kitchen, 
family room with stone wall fireplace with French doors which lead to 
the large enclosed pool deck with large inground pool.   Separate 
Jacuzzi sits under the stars at night.  The bedrooms are large and 
the master bedroom has its own private bath which also leads to the 
pool area.  The yard is spacious.  Washer and dryer are included.  
Fully equipped kitchen will cut down on eating out expenses!  The 
patio has a lovely glass table in which to enjoy meals outdoors.  A 
small fish pond which a park bench is in side yard.

days, check in 3:00 p.m., and check out 12:00 p.m.  Special events 
$1500 which include Race Week, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, major 
holidays, etc.
