The living, dining, and kitchen areas are located on the first floor,

night). On the second floor, there is a queen bedroom with a private 
balcony and ocean views. The second bedroom has a double bed bunk bed 
(2 doubles). A full bathroom on each floors.

The basement/garage area has small refrigerator for extra drinks, 
karoake, skee ball, dartboard, crabbing pots, fishing rods, baby 
jogger, ceiling fans.

There is a swing under the deck for relaxing and enjoying the sea 
breezes. An outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off at the end of a 
day at the beach. A grill for the cooks in the family. Easy beach 
access, a community pool, community day dock, comfortable furnishings, 
lovely waterviews - you will experience 'Serenity Now'! Bring your pet 
for an add'l fee of $100. Note: no telephone is provided in this unit.

This is a quiet family oriented island with minimal attractions.  Great 
place to bond with family at beach environment.  There is a Food Lion 
grocery store at both entrances onto the island.  Alot of little shops.
