Beaches
Vero Beach is known for its outstanding beaches. Part of Florida's 
Treasure Coast, the beaches combine excellent sand quality with 
significant surf and tidal action. Vero's main public beach is known 
as South Beach, accessible at the eastern end of 17th St Causeway 
Boulevard.

Geography
The city is divided by the Indian River Lagoon into the mainland on

the eastern end of a demarcation line that separates Florida's 
climate into two zones, humid subtropical to the north of the town, 
tropical to the south. From Vero Beach, this line stretches straight

Discount of $150 off the regular monthly fee if Lease is 5 months or 
greater.



RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY:

Refundable Security Deposit for damages $200/per month, due 2 months 
prior Arrival Date.

A signed Rental Agreement Form and an initial payment equal to 50% 
of your entire rental amount (if less then a 5 Month Lease) is 
required within 14 Days of the signed Rental Agreement Form which 
will be e-mailed to you.

A copy of your current Driver's License or Photo ID is required.

Your Total Rental Balance, plus the Security Deposit is due at least 
2 months prior to your arrival date if less then a 5 month lease.

For a Lease 5 months or longer, 1st and last months rent due 14 days 
after reservation rental agreement.



CANCELATION POLICY:

Refund of all deposits and rent will be made if reservation cancelled 
at least 2 Months before designated arrival date. If less then 2 
months any refund you receive will be equal to the amount of rent 
received from another guest for your timeframe. 
All refunds subject to $150 cancellation fee.
