Family vacation rental house for 6 adults or families up to 8.
Within a few short blocks of beach, river and Broadway St. Many
added amenities for your comfort. May be rented with another 3BR
house and a duplex (1BR & 2BR) for up to 26 people, all on the same
property. Great for reunions or larger groups. Our units are very
clean and nicely furnished. Two night minimum off-season and 5 night
minimums July & August. Sometimes shorter stays are available.Stay
for 7 nights and receive a complimentary tote bag filled with

Upstairs bedroom and bath are designed for children (two double beds
& 1 twin bed). Main floor has two full shower baths. Main bedroom
has queen bed, back bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed.
Full kitchen with almost everything you could need. Dining area and
living room for relaxing after a long walk on the beach. Side yard
with barbecue and picnic table (other chairs available).

3/1-6/30: $250-295 per night plus tax, 2 night min.
July & August: $295 per night plus tax, 5 night min.
September: $250-$295 per night plus tax, 2 night min.
