with tub/shower.
On a home exchange utilities are included plus garage parking, use of 
one Mercedes sedan included in amenities.

Two and a half hours south of san Francisco, many golf courses within 
ten minutes drive. Pebble Beach AT&T in February. Point Lobos State Park 
Reserve, Downtown Carmel and River beaches five minutes away. Beautiful 
scenery, many world class restaurants, including a "Le Relais du Château 
Auberge Carmel", other historical sites in Carmel and nearby Monterey. A 
few of the year long activities include the Jazz Festival, the Bach 
festival, Concourse de Elegance Antique auto show and La Guna Seca 
Raceway events. The Monterey Aquarium is a world known visitors site. 
Wine country supreme in picturesque Salinas Valley :25 minutes away,:45 
minutes from Santa Cruz, Hearst Castle, Big Sur and other exotic way 
points. 

$6,000 monthly rate. $1,500 weekly. $250 a day with minimum stays of 5 
days. Rates apply for 1 or 2 couples. Utility cost is not included in 
rental, with a minimum charge of $400/month prorated for shorter stays.
On a home exchange utilities are included. For rentals an advance 
deposit of $2,500 is required with refund after caretaker's inspection.

We have been coming to Keauhou for 30 years during January and February 
from Carmel, CA. We have owned property in Kona prior to this. We are 
requesting a 2-month stay with an arrival time in January, '09 for two 
months. Can be flexible on the arrival time in January, '09. We rent a 3 
BR/2 Bath condo now in Keauhou. My wife and I would like to enter into a 
home exchange agreement. Our home in Carmel can be had for the months of 
January and February, February and March or any other mix of months 
during the year that might be desired. We have exchanged homes prior to 
this with owners in Alii Point, Kailua-Kona, HI. We would prefer to 
exchange homes with owners in the Keauhou Beach (Kailua-Kona, HI area) 
for a two or three month time period. A vehicle and utilities exchange 
would be made with a home exchange.
