Champagne Vista is a unique private vacation rental property, which is only 15 minutes to the small town of Souris. This captivating area with its stretches of long white sandy beaches, dune systems and rugged shorelines are hard to resist. Imagine, walking for miles on long white pristine sandy beaches or rugged terrain as far as your eyes can see and not meet a soul. As you tour this region the history, culture and natural beauty will enchant you. Peace, tranquility and seclusion are just a few of the effects you will experience at Champagne Vista beach house. You will be charmed by the shoreline as you watch the waves breaking on our rugged shore. The panoramic ocean view from every window will mesmerize you from the time you arrive.  Rates 



The “Champagne Vista Beach House”, offers weekly rental in the summer months, it can be rented in the spring and fall for a minimum of 3 days. Be sure to book a romantic weekend at this picturesque get-a-way! High Season: June 28th– September 6th $2300.00 per week Low Season: From May 24th to June 28rd 2005 ....................And From September 6th– October 25th $1,700.00 per week All rates are subject to Provincial Sales Tax of 10%. Exchange Rate Reservations: A deposit of 25% will confirm your reservation, which is payable by check. Cancellation Policy: The 25% is refunded except for a $50.00 booking fee if cancelled two months prior to arrival. After the two months if reservation is cancelled and another booking occurs then the 25% deposit is refunded less the $50.00 booking fee. If another booking is not secured then the 25% is non-refundable. Check In is at 3:00pm. Check out is at 10:00am - all rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
