Island, we are the ideal luxury beach house holiday selection. 

Champagne Vista is a unique private vacation rental property, which 
is only 15 minutes to the small town of Souris. This captivating 
area with its stretches of long white sandy beaches, dune systems 
and rugged shorelines are hard to resist. Imagine, walking for miles 
on long white pristine sandy beaches or rugged terrain as far as 
your eyes can see and not meet a soul. As you tour this region the 
history, culture and natural beauty will enchant you. 

Peace, tranquility and seclusion are just a few of the effects you 
will experience at Champagne Vista beach house. You will be charmed 
by the shoreline as you watch the waves breaking on our rugged 
shore. The panoramic ocean view from every window will mesmerize you 
from the time you arrive.

As you open your eyes each morning you will be enchanted by a 
picturesque view of the Bald Eagles soaring over the ocean or 
watching the fisherman setting and hauling their traps. If you’re an 
early riser you can relax on the deck outside the master bedroom 
with a coffee and listen to the sound of the birds and waves. Walk 
miles along the cliffs edge or along the shore, either way it will 
be an experience you will never forget. As your day continues 
explore to the east or west and you will find sandy beaches, rugged 
shoreline, sea glass and seals and the Bald Eagles soaring for your 
enjoyment.

If you should be so lucky to experience what islanders call 
a “noreaster” storm you’ll be cozy in the house with the wind 
roaring and the waves crashing in unbelievable surfs. Then once the 
storm has moved off watch for rainbows that drop into the ocean.

The “Champagne Vista Beach House”, offers weekly rental in the 
summer months, it can be rented in the spring and fall for a minimum 
of 3 days. Be sure to book a romantic weekend at this picturesque 
get-a-way! 

High Season:

June 28th– September 6th

$2300.00 per week

Low Season: 

From May 24th to June 28rd 2005

From September 6th– October 25th

$1,700.00 per week 

All rates are subject to Provincial Sales Tax of 10%.

Exchange Rate

Reservations: A deposit of 25% will confirm your reservation, which 
is payable by check.

Cancellation Policy: The 25% is refunded except for a $50.00 booking 
fee if cancelled two months prior to arrival. After the two months 
if reservation is cancelled and another booking occurs then the 25% 
deposit is refunded less the $50.00 booking fee. If another booking 
is not secured then the 25% is non-refundable.

Check In is at 3:00pm. Check out is at 10:00am - all rentals are 
from Saturday to Saturday.
