fully furnished and ready for all your family fun. Furniture, 
appliances, utensils and linens are all supplied and recently new.

Nestled in a large cove with waterfront views visible from the 
living room and all three bedrooms. This new condo features a 
beautiful common pool overlooking the lake with an elevator for easy 
access (and handicap accessible). Fenced playground area for kids. 

The fully-equipped spacious kitchen looks over the breakfast bar 
into the dining room and living room. The living room leads to a 
large balcony with a panoramic view of the lake. There is a large 
walk-in utility room with washer and dryer. 

All three bedrooms feature TV with DVD and cable, Dresser storage 
and a view of the lake! The master suite features a king sized bed, 
walk-in closet, bathroom. This bedroom has sliding glass doors 
leading you to the oversized balcony with beautiful lake views. The 
balcony has table and chairs and a gas barbecue. The second bedroom 
has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a 
large closet.

$179.99/night or $1000 weekly. Note: Until confirmed, rate is 
subject to change without notice. There is a 3 night minimum rental 
term. A security deposit, a cleaning fee and sales tax will also 
apply to each reservation. Discounted prices on rental terms in
