Les Portails a two story apartment situated at  the Hamlet La
Giraudiere just 1km from Brossac. Les portails benefits from views to
the south, east and west. The name Les Portails (Garden Gates) comes
from the fact that this apartment is the closest to the gates which
give access to both the east and west courtyards at La Giraudiere. Les
Portails is airy and light with numerous windows to the south, east
and west. Woodlands to the south, Vineyards to the east and to the
west are stone built Charente farmhouses scattered amongst the rolling
hills of Charente.

On the ground floor there is a bright day room and equipped
Kitchenette. There is a shower, W.C. and  hand basin. Heating is by
means of electric convector or by a fully functional wood burner set
in the original chimney. There is a double glazed door entrance which
leads out to the west courtyard and another exit to your lawned area
ideal for evening meals alfresco.
On the 1st Floor  2 double bedrooms one of which could easily
accommodate three single beds. Parking is provided in the east
courtyard (10 meters from the apartment) and there is a small lawned
area ideal for eating alfresco.
Rentals include all service (Electric,water and Gas) and bed linen &
Toweling changed weekly.
