This outstanding rental, located near the Eastern Continental Divide,
and on the Blue Ridge Parkway at milepost 248, is a favorite in all 
seasons, but especially perfect for gatherings from the early spring 
wildflowers until late fall when the leaves are at their best.

Many maintain that the best way to appreciate this home is to sit a
spell on the sweeping farmhouse porch with a cup of coffee enjoying
the view.  Whether overlooking the Blue Ridge Parkway winding through
the woods below, or watching deer come to eat from the apple tree,
you will find your tensions easing from every pore.

Sleeps 8 in King and Queen beds in 3 bedrooms.  All towels and bed
linens provided. Gas log fireplace. Full kitchen with dishwasher,
ice maker, microwave, dishes, cookware, and many staples.
Utility room with clothes washer and dryer. Central heating and air
conditioning. Ceiling fans in kitchen, all bedrooms, and living room.
Satellite TV with DVD/VHS player.  Paved access. Telephone (must use
phone card for long distance).

In season: May 15th through Oct 31st plus Thanksgiving and Christmas
           weeks
Rates include all taxes and cleaning fees
15% damage deposit also required which is returned, if no damage 
(other than normal wear and tear), within 10 days of departure
