7% Maine lodging tax added....$100 security deposit (refundable)

1/3 non refundable deposit within 2 weeks of confirming reservation, 
final payment due 1 month before arrival.

Cancel within 3 weeks of arrival no refund unless cottage can
be re rented.If re rented refund will be minus non 
refundable deposit.
