A three night minimum stay is required.

The Wrigley Suite is $495 per night.  For stay of 6 nights or 
longer, we offer a 5% discount.  Please inquire about monthly 
rates.  

One parking space is included with the rental.  Additional vehicles 
may park on the street with permits provided.

There are no additional fees.

We do require a $500 security deposit at check-in.  This will be 
refunded to your credit card immediately after departure assuming 
the unit is left in the condition it was in before your stay.
