Approved B&B, your home away from home in our Desert Paradise!  We 
are walking distance to our quaint downtown and the lake, located in 
a quiet residential area. We are minutes away from two golf courses, 
orchards, biking, and award-winning wineries. Enjoy a glass of 
Okanagan wine on the rear stone patio under a canopy of grapevines 
and wisteria. Relax on one of the sun loungers and catch a few sun 
rays of our Okanagan sun. Take a stroll up through the flower garden 
and inhale the beautiful scent of roses, lilies and many other 
perennials that will make the garden lover want to stay.  Read a book 
on the seat arbor or bench in the Zen corner of the garden. Watch the 
Quails as they feed their way around the garden. Breakfast is served 
on our grapevine covered stone patio, with wonderful views of the 
flower gardens (weather permitting), or in the upper level Rose 
Dining Room.

Book the upper romantic Rose Room with ensuite and balcony access 
with your own sitting area and views of Anarchist Mtn and Lake 
Osoyoos or the Rose Cottage Suite on the street level that is 1100 
sq’ and can sleep up to 5 people. It has a private bedroom with King 
bed, down the hall a large 4-pce bathroom, eating area, kitchen and 
family room with pull-out sofa bed. There is also a Twin bed 
available if required.

Book the street level large Suite for a long term stay from Nov. 1 
through to March 31 with no snow to shovel and relatively mild 
winters.  Osoyoos is a treasured gem and offers tons of things for 
visiting seniors to do throughout a winter stay.  We're 5 mins. to 
the US border so bring your passport - there's a casino an hour's 
drive away, in Penticton BC or in Omak WA.  Come and enjoy life in 
this quaint and friendly town!

The street level Ste. comprises a family room, kitchen, dining area, 
hallway, 4-pce. bathroom and private bedroom.  The bedroom and 
bathroom are private the remaining areas are open concept.  Family 
room has a double-size pull-out sofa bed, another sofa and loveseat 
and 35" TV/DVD.  The kitchen is equipped with a Panasonic Genius 
microwave/convection/broiler oven, a toaster, sandwich grill, 
coffeemaker, slo-cooker, crock pot, electric oven, griddle, 
pots,pans, cutlery, glassware, china, dishes and patio dishes.  There 
is a large frig/freezer, a small portable dishwasher,Premium bed 
linens and towels, beach chairs.  There is seating on the front porch 
as well as lots of seating on the rear grapevine covered stone patio.

There are many places to go and visit with things to do that are a 
nice day adventure using the Rose Arbor as your home base.  Local 
stuff abounds:  NK'Mip Cellars, NK'Mip Desert Cultural Center, 
Twisted Tree Winery, Lookout on Anarchist Mtn., star-gazing on top of 
Mt. Kobau, hiking/biking trails along the Okanagan river off Road 22. 
Visit the Desert Center, Osoyoos Museum, Osoyoos Desert Model 
Railroad, Osoyoos Art Gallery, Rattlesnake Canyon.  Go for a Gelato 
at Osoyoos Gelato or for an old fashioned ice cream cone at the 
Windmill.  Go horse back riding, play tennis, go for a walk along the 
old Irrigation Canal, pick fresh fruit at our many local orchards or 
visit the fruit stands.  Play golf at Osoyoos Golf & Country Club, 
Sonora Dunes or Desert Canyon.  Visit our many unique and award-
winning wineries between here and Oliver.  Bird watch at Haynes Pt. 
Prov. Park or Vaseaux Lake Conservation area. Visit the ole Hedley 
Mine, Keremeos, Willowbrook Valley, go channel tubing in Penticton. 
Or, enjoy swimming or watersports at our sandy beaches along Lake 
Osoyoos - the warmest freshwater lake in Canada, and where you get 
the friendliest warm welcome in Canada!!

High season is May 1 to October 31.  We prefer a 2-night min. 
booking.  Street level Rose Cottage Ste. rents from $139/night plus 
$30/extra person.
Our ground level Suite is available for long term rent from Nov. 1 
through to March 31 each year - ideal for visiting snowbirds from the
