The villa is new and is absolutely beautiful.  It is furnished 
beautiful with everything thing you need.  We have flat screen TVs in 
the living room and all three of the bedrooms.  Each one has a DVD 
player in it along with cable.  We also have wireless Internet.  The 
first floor has a foyer leading to the staircase to the upstairs.  On 
the first floor we have the first master suite which has a king bed 
and sliding doors to a beautiful lanai with paver stones.  The master 
bedroom has a beautiful bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a large double 
shower with beautiful tiles.  The vanity has two sinks.  There is 
also a laundry room on the first floor with and exit to the outside 
and a shower outside you can use when you return from the beach.  The 
beach is across the road (A1A) from the villa.  There is also a two 
car garage so you can drive right in and enter into the foyer.  Once 
you climb the stairs you will see the rest of the living space.  The 
dining room has a table with 8 chairs and is adjoining to the kitchen 
which has a bar and 4 bar stools.  The kitchen has granite counter 
tops and is fully equipped with everything you need.  All you need to 
bring is your groceries.  The living room has a fireplace and has two 
queen size sofa hide a beds.  There is a large wrap around covered 
porch that leads off the living room and kitchen.  At the opposite 
end of the villa you will find two more bedrooms and two full baths.  
They are arranged as a two bedroom suite which can be closed off with 
double french doors.  One of the bedrooms has a king bed and the 
other one has twin beds.
