House sits on a huge lot and borders a nature preserve. It is situated between the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean. The house is totally renovated with tile throughout and new bathrooms and kitchen. Some ceilings are raised amd the house is airy and bright.

There are  private river/ beach parks with barbecue possibilities 
and showers. River and beach are in walking distance. 

The house has all kind of amenities such as stove/ oven, microwave, 
dishwasher, big refrigerator/ freezer, toaster oven, dishes, pots...,
washer/ dryer.   It has plenty of linen, towels ....

It features a jacuzzi and a large shower and 2 TVs

Attractions

Besides surfing, swimming, boating, biking, fishing etc. there is 
golf and tennis (private and municipal).
Sebastion Inlet and a Statepark are close by.  
Indiatlantic, Melbourne, Vero Beach and Cocoa Beach offer day and 
night entertainment. Also, if you prefer action on the beach over 
qiet beaches, those are the places to go. 
A superb Italian restaurant with fantastic pizza etc is in walking 
distance.   Vero Bch is about 25 min., Cape Canaveral about 50 min 
and Orlando about 1 hr and 15 away.
