Take a walk into the woods,
drive the winding mtn. roads to hike, sightsee at the National
Forests...great hiking,great fishing, great whitewater rafting,...The
town of HOT SPRINGS is a beautiful 25min. drive, a lovely town with
several good restaurants/pubs ,Inns, and the historic Hot Springs
Resort featuring NATURAL HOT WATER SPRINGS for groups/parties of all
sizes. Hot Springs is a quaint little town right on the Appalachian
Trail, so it is not unusual to meet people from all over the country.
Hot Springs is also a launching point for all types of 'WHITE WATER
RAFTING trips, hourly, daily, etc.. 
   If you want more shop, see a movie, concert or simply socialize in
an urban setting, Asheville is only a 30-40min. drive. Downtown is
very walkable and filled with eclectic restaurants, cafes,live music
venues, boutiques and stores filled with local regional arts and
crafts. It's a friendly city with  diverse and colorful residents.
Also nearby is the legendary Biltmore Estate, an absolute MUST SEE.

recreational offerings in the area.

We would consider a non-simultaneous home exchange, depending on the
location and availability of the other home. This is not something we
are necessarily seeking, but we are open to certain opportunities, if
they present themselves.

We would consider any offer for purchasing our house or property, 
although we are not actively looking to sell the property.
