internet, phone fax cable TV / DVD and portable radio are included.
Deck furniture, barbecue, and all cooking utensils as well as a 
modern stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and some special 
recipes if you like.

 The cottage is located on a large bay known as St Margaret's Bay 
and is just a short drive to Halifax, Peggy's Cove, Chester, Mahone 
Bay , Lunenburg or the Bay of Fundy where the largest tides in the 
world can be observed twice a day.There are local golf courses in 
Chester as well as in Bridgewater.
A local shopping centre, drug store, spirits store and gas station 
are just 8 Km away. A tourist bureau, dance hall ,lobster supper 
facility and 5 restuaunts are with in a few minutes drive. There are 
many beautiful beaches in the area, one within walking distance of 
the cottage.

The Ice House cottage usually rents from Sunday to Sunday and rates 
are  $ 1,100. per week. A 50% deposit is required and we have 
a cancellation policy in place.

We are  planning to sell this property sometime in the future, so 
anyone who may be interested in purchasing the property can rent 
before they buy.
